St Emilion is one of the principal red wine areas of Bordeaux in the south-west of France.
Steven and I had such a wonderful time in the beautiful historic town that we felt it worth sharing these gorgeous photos taken by our friend, Clayton Bruner.
The Pomerol region lies next to St Emilion and is renowned for the qualities of it’s wine. The predominant grapes are Merlot and Cabernet Franc and to a lesser extent Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pomerol is full of treasures at the end of the rainbow.
Our wines from St Emilion arrived safely in Maui and we are looking forward to sharing them with our friends and partners in wine, Billy and Sherry. Stay tuned.
What’s your favorite wine region of France?
